Our History
Constructed in 1906 as the Armour Smokehouse, this iconic Jackson landmark stands as a testament to Mississippi's rich cultural heritage. The former Iron House Grill, shrouded in mystery, succumbed to the flames on two separate occasions, leaving it abandoned and desolate since the devastating fire of 1999. Yet, like a phoenix rising from the ashes, we are now resurrecting this historic site, breathing new life into its storied walls and restoring it to a glory unlike anything witnessed before. After 15 years of dormancy, we are reviving this legendary establishment, ensuring that its legacy continues to shine as a beacon of Mississippi's enduring spirit.
